Privacy Policy

Current version: April 10, 2026Back to home

1. General

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how personal data of visitors to klepin.in (the “Site”) is processed. The Site is operated by the individual entrepreneur whose details are published under “Contacts” on the Site (the “Controller”).

The Policy is guided by applicable Russian personal data law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and other norms that apply to our processing activities.

By using the Site, including submitting forms, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy.

2. Personal data we process

We may process personal data that you voluntarily provide via the Site: name (or how you wish to be addressed), email address, phone number (if provided), message text, and certain technical data sent automatically when you use the Site (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) as needed to operate the Site and maintain security.

If you choose a UI language, the Site may store that preference in your browser’s local storage; this alone does not identify you without combining it with other data.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data to: handle inquiries and requests; respond using the contacts you provide; maintain correspondence about cooperation; improve the Site and protect it from abuse.

Legal bases include: your consent; performance of a contract to which you are a party or beneficiary; and other grounds recognized under Russian law.

4. Processing, retention, and location

We collect, record, organize, store, update, extract, use, transfer (where permitted), anonymize, block, delete, or destroy personal data only as needed for the stated purposes.

Processing may be automated or partly manual. Data is primarily processed in Russia unless technical infrastructure reasonably requires otherwise, still in compliance with applicable law.

Retention follows the purpose of processing and legal requirements. Data from contact forms is kept only as long as needed to handle the request and related correspondence, unless a contract or law requires a longer period.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except where required by law, necessary to perform an agreement with you, or covered by your separate consent.

Technical delivery (e.g., automation or hosting providers) may involve processors who handle data solely to deliver the service and who are bound to confidentiality and appropriate security.

6. Security

We implement organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in line with applicable requirements.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies (including local storage) to run the interface, remember preferences such as language, and—if analytics tools are enabled—to understand traffic.

You can control cookies in your browser settings. Strictly necessary operations may rely on legitimate interests; for non-essential cookies we ask for consent via the Site banner when such tools are in use.

To improve the Site, the Operator uses Umami, a web analytics system hosted on the Operator’s own server. It records the pages viewed, the referring source, device type, browser, operating system, country and actions on the Site (such as sending the contact form). For some visits Umami also records the session (cursor movement, scrolling, clicks and page changes) and builds click heatmaps; values typed into form fields are masked in the recording. Umami sets no cookies, does not store IP addresses and shares no data with third parties.

8. Your rights

Subject to Russian law, you may request information about processing, ask for correction, blocking, or deletion where data are incomplete, outdated, or unlawfully processed, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority or a court.

To exercise your rights, contact us using the email published in the “Contacts” section.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is always available at /privacy. Please review it periodically for material changes.

10. Contact

For personal-data questions, use the details in the “Contacts” section on the Site.
